Internet allows us to form that one "Digital I" who is distant of "Real I"
Since you know I like writing very much on “Digital I” and the feeling of imposture. I already did it in the past in me died enriquecastro.net. Here I leave the references to you:
“Digital I” and the feeling of imposture. “Digital I” and the feeling of imposture. (II)And very related my small essays on the father of the social constructivísmo Paul Watzlawick where it establishes the bases of the positive social communication.
Today you are going to allow to bring in me in the "psyche". What does mean to be a faker in Internet and why does the phenomenon of the anonymity take place?
When anybody has doubts about the proper identity, although this one performs virtual form, does not stop being a form of depression. Although the faker usually does not get depressed seemingly in his attitude it is his way of communicating and it does not retire. It is a habit and a custom. Nevertheless the exterior aspects (social, personal status, economic, professional status, etc) do not help to modify the above mentioned habit and custom, it is a form of expression, which under the cloak of the "alterego" or “incarnation“ there allow him to show a subject or individual one that he would like being but that it is not.
The humanist school of the psychology cheers up to be a faker, why it understands that to be a faker makes possible to be more critical, since it understands that the “depressed faker is the contemporary paradigm of the virtual subject”.
While the school conductísta about the psychology knows that by means of the anonymity in Internet and the feeling of imposture, instead of solving real problems, we put ourselves in position and unreal places, since the attraction to the anonymity and the safety of feeling anonymous, does not transmit any anxiety feeling to us.
Therefore the existing debate is that of the Good Faker vs. The Postmodern Pretender.
In the next entry I will speak to you on the different forms of virtual Identities.
