Judicial proselytism

To tenor of the news published today in “The Country” a fact is stated. The judicial associations are lobbies orchestrated by the political organizations, which purpose they are to fill vacancies of power in the governmental bodies of the judicature. Therefore the separation of powers that the Constitution proclaims is not such, it is unreal and once again we are present at a perversion and fallacious investment of the democratic game.

This Berlusconización of the Spanish politics in the last 20 years of democracy, where from the executive power there exists a control of the judicial power, a the majority of the financial control (Savings banks across the territorial or autonomic baronies), control and arrangement of the soil and the town-planning territory (across the local Corporations and the effective control of the Courts of Justice), informative control and information industries (across the politics of public subsidies to the means, multimedia business undertaking with Savings banks financing creditícia route or advertizing route or institutional route, or institutional publicity) simply makes me think that the only "sustainable" economic model that the political class in democracy has constructed has been the one that I have just described.

A model with the only singularity in the world … the “pacific and model Transition” about which so much it brags the Borbón (and that's why it has an annual game assigned in the P.G.E). that happened in Spain, where everything passed with a big agreement, where there was allowed the coexistence of the old “Social elites” with the “New elites” that would arise with the democracy. And today thanks to the democracy to the logical growth of the time and of the GDP, of the funds of the EU, there coexist 2 social elites, that of “one, big and freely” and that of “nouvelle gauche”.

Do not worry … if it burdens anything happen, paraphrasing Bogart ”Always we will have left Athenas …”

Meanwhile “The Pendulum of Foucault” continues with his singular movement, marking his inexorable ellipse of flows and ebbs. Margarita Robles will keep on being and being part of the social elites in Spain, being part of the gatherings and gossip shops of Madrid and the life will continue.

And of course … nothing will change. Some face perhaps, but nothing more.
